The Yorktown is a meticulously crafted traditional hollow-body electric guitar, delivering a big, warm, and full-bodied tone that matches its elegant appearance. Built using old-world construction methods that contribute to its classic sound, the Yorktown features a spruce top, maple back and sides, and a set-in Canadian hard maple neck.
Designed for big and bold tone, the Yorktown fully maximizes the spruce top, maple back and sides, and hard rock maple neck. The neck is carefully set into the body using a classic dovetail joint, enhancing sustain and tone.
Equipped with a floating tune-o-matic bridge, the Yorktown allows for fine-tuning and perfect intonation, essential for playing complex chords all over the neck. The tailpiece is a classic harp-style, adding a touch of class and elegance while providing tuning functionality and stability.
To further enhance its big, bold sound, the Yorktown is fitted with two Voiced Tone VTH-59 pickups. Each humbucker is overwound for a hotter performance compared to typical PAF pickups.
