2001 Gibson ES-135 – Natural

Vintage Gibson USA archtop finished in natural and with a beautifully figured body.

It’s in excellent condition for age with just some very minor surface blemishes on close inspection that we’ve exaggerated under direct studio light for the photos – they are barely visible in normal light. No breaks/repairs and everything works as it should.

It features a Florentine cutaway gloss-nitro body (similar to the ES-175 but slimmer and with a solid centre block to minimise feedback). It has a comfortable medium profile Maple neck (more 60s than 50s) with a Rosewood fingerboard, Grover tuners, trapeze tailpiece and twin ’57 Classic humbuckers which sound great. It’s a versatile guitar that will cover anything from Jazz and Blues, to Rock with ease.

 

 

It weights only 7lb 14oz, and comes with a fitted, non-original hard case.
