Iconic Gibson ES-335 Semi Hollow finished in the rare Beale Street Blue, and that has a nicely figured top which needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated.
This beautiful example is in excellent condition with just some minor blemishes from use. The blemishes shown on the back of the neck are on the surface and are not felt when playing (they are only visible due to us bouncing light off the surface, as we have done across all of our close-up images to make them more visible than in normal lighting conditions). No break, repairs or fretwear of any note, it’s a lovely example.
The ES-335 delivers the singing sustain of a solid-body while preserving the tone and richness of a full hollow-body, but with resistance to feedback. It features a 3-ply Maple/Poplar/Maple body, comfortable slim-taper mahogany neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard and Grover tuners. It’s fitted with sweet-sounding ’57 classic humbucker pickups, with control via 2x volume controls, 2x tone controls and a 3-way switch.
It comes with its original Gibson Custom hardcase, Custom COA and paperwork as pictured.
