Joe Satriani JS signature finished in Candy Apple Red and in mint-condition.
When you play as many notes up as Joe Satriani, you need a guitar than can keep up with you at every turn. The JS240PS features an American Basswood body and a signature JS 3-piece Maple/Purpleheart neck which provides stability and longer sustain. A Rosewood fingerboard provides a balanced tone with a focussed mid range and premium fret edge treatment ensures super smooth playability up and down the neck. The legendary, original Edge tremolo bridge (a personal favourite of Joe’s) coupled with a locking nut, will ensure it stays in tune no matter how aggressive you play or how many dive bombs you do!
The defining feature of this model is the Sustainiac driver neck pickup. This is controlled by a push-pull on/off switch on the tone control as well as a 3-way toggle with three settings: harmonic, normal or mixed. Additionally the volume control has a push-pull switch which activates a high-pass filter. It also has a signature DiMarzio Satchur8 pickup at the bridge which sounds fantastic.
It has a 5-way switch and volume / tone controls and comes with its original gig bag, paperwork, multi-tool and trem-arm.
